The Attune marketing website does not currently set analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies.

The Attune platform at app.tryattune.ai uses strictly necessary technologies to authenticate users, maintain signed-in sessions, and keep the service secure, together with limited browser storage used to deliver product configuration. These are required for the platform to operate and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

If we enable additional cookies or similar technologies, we will update this Notice and, where required by applicable law, obtain consent before they are placed.

4. Participant Study Experience

Attune enables organizations to conduct research Studies using AI-powered interviews and related research tools.

Attune does not use advertising or targeted-marketing cookies within the participant Study experience.

We may use strictly necessary, functional, analytics, or performance technologies within the participant Study experience as appropriate to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. These technologies are not used to serve participants targeted advertising.

Information collected from participants as part of a Study, including interview responses, recordings, transcripts, and related research information, is addressed separately in the Attune Participant Privacy Notice.

5. Third-Party Technologies

Some cookies and similar technologies may be provided by third parties that help us operate, analyze, support, or market Attune.

These third parties may receive information about your browser, device, or interactions with Attune when their technologies are enabled. Their processing of information may also be subject to their own privacy policies.

The particular technologies and providers we use may change as our services evolve.

6. Your Choices

Depending on your location and the Attune website or service you use, you may be able to manage non-essential cookies through a cookie banner or preference center.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will not be placed until you have made the applicable choice.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Blocking certain cookies may affect the functionality of Attune websites or services.

Where applicable, we will honor legally required mechanisms for opting out of certain uses of cookies and similar technologies.

7. Do Not Sell or Share

Attune does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Certain advertising, analytics, or marketing technologies, if enabled, may constitute “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under some U.S. state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.

Where such laws apply, we will provide any required notice and mechanism to exercise applicable opt-out rights.

Additional information about these rights is available in the Attune Privacy Policy.
